Student Government Association.
The mission of the SGA is to develop student leaders who will lead others in taking ownership and the responsibility of school affairs, and create effective means of communication between the students and the school administrators. The SGA is comprised of six officers and ten representatives, all elected by the student body. They are heavily involved in homecoming activities, as well as several service opportunities such as Red Ribbon Week. They also serve as a sounding board for students who have suggestions or complaints about student life.
